Rejection can feel crushing, but it’s also a catalyst for growth. As a writer, I’ve faced it often. Through competitions, conferences, and my “Little Black Book of Rejections,” I refined my craft. Eventually, my first novel, THE PIRATE LORD, landed offers from three major traditional publishers. Overcoming rejection taught me resilience.
